Representing Sint Maarten in the Kingdom.
As a member of Parliament's Committee of Kingdom Affairs and Inter-Parliamentary Relations (CKAIR), Kotai represents Sint Maarten in Kingdom-level and regional consultations. His contributions are consistently focused on governance and finance — carrying his domestic work on the monetary union and public finance into the wider relationship between Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Netherlands. The delegations are led by Parliament President Sarah A. Wescot-Williams; the next IPKO is set for Sint Maarten in January 2027.
