The receipts

Every number, checked.

Most budget trackers publish a figure and ask you to trust it. This one is built the other way round: every number is typed once, cited to the exact official page, and run through 20 automated checks on every deploy. If a single total stops adding up, the site refuses to build.

A number you can’t audit is just a claim.

Behind every page on this site is a single, typed source of truth and a reconciliation guard — 20 exact checks that the parts sum to the official totals: revenue categories to Cg 647M, nine chapters to Cg 637M, each ministry’s cost lines to its own total. The checks run on every build; if the numbers ever disagree with the official budget, the build fails and nothing ships. That’s the difference between published and verified.
